The first meeting of the preparatory work for the 10th Asia Pacific Society of Sport and Exercise Science
In order to do a good job in organizing and preparing for the 10th Asia-Pacific Society of Sport and Exercise Science in 2024, the School of Physical Education of Henan University, with President Zhou Ke as the director of the preparatory working group, Vice President Zeng Qingtao as the deputy director, and members of the school's leadership as members of the preparatory working group, set up the preparatory working group for the 10th Asia-Pacific Society of Sport and Exercise Science.
At 9:00 am on June 19, in the countdown to the 10th Asia-Pacific Society of Sport and Exercise Science held 365 days, the Physical Education College of Henan University organized the first meeting of the preparatory working group for the 10th Asia-Pacific Society of Sport and Exercise Science in 2024. Professor Qian Mingjia, founder of the Asian Council of Sport and Sport Science (ACESS) and President of the Global Community Health Foundation (GCH), was invited to attend and put forward corrective suggestions for the follow-up preparatory work, and all the staff of the preparatory work group of the conference participated in the meeting. The main theme of this meeting is to further determine the theme, place, time, schedule and scale of the 10th Asia-Pacific Society of Sport and Exercise Science, and set up the conference affairs group to clarify the division of work. In-depth exchanges and communication were carried out on specific details concerning the conference site, transportation, accommodation, conference multimedia and so on. The key point is to complete the design of the conference website as soon as possible; Identify media companies to broadcast the conference live; The invitation and reception of guests, publicity and promotion, network work, investment promotion, finance and conference security work should also be further promoted.
At 2:00 PM on June 19th, Professor Qian Mingjia, accompanied by President Zhou Ke and members of the conference committee, visited Zhongzhou International Hotel, Kaifeng City, Henan Province. The hotel is responsible for the conference reception manager Guo Zhenwei introduced in detail the hotel's reception capacity, the size of each conference venue, capacity, stage lighting, microphone, sound, projection, LED screen and other equipment. Professor Qian Mingjia and President Zhou Ke also put forward the need for cooperation from the hotel according to the characteristics of this international conference.
After the inspection of the hotel, Professor Qian Mingjia, President Zhou Ke and his delegation came to the office of Vice President Fu Shenglei and reported in detail to Vice President Fu Shenglei on the current preparations for the 10th Asia-Pacific Society of Sport and Exercise Science to be held in 2024 and the subsequent subject development and international cooperation. Vice President Fu Shenglei is very concerned about the preparation of this international conference, and repeatedly stressed that the school is very supportive of the work of the Physical Education Institute and will give strong support. Regarding the follow-up discipline development and international cooperation, Vice President Fu Shenglei is full of expectations, hoping that Professor Qian Mingjia can give more help to the Institute of Physical Education in the introduction of international talents and scientific research and innovation. The two sides concluded a friendly, in-depth and efficient talks in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere.
The 10th Asia-Pacific Conference on Sport and Sports Science (APCESS 2024-Kaifeng) will be held at Henan University in Kaifeng, China from June 16 to 19, 2024. The conference is a major international conference co-hosted by Henan University and its partners, the Asian Council for Sport and Sport Science (ACESS) and the Global Community Health Foundation (GCH). Scholars from more than 40 countries around the world will be invited to participate in the 10th Asia-Pacific Conference on Sport and Sports Science (APCESS 2024-Kaifeng) for keynote speeches, guest lectures, seminar presentations, seminar presentations, etc. The conference will further push the boundaries of physical education, sport and exercise science research.
