Balasekaran, President of the Asian Council of Exercise and Sports Science (ACESS), Prof. Dr. Ke Zhou, Dean of School of Physical Education, Henan University; Chair and his Organizing Committee of the 10th APCESS 2024-Kaifeng, China, and Prof. Dr. Ming-Kai Chin, Founder and President of The Foundation for Global Community Health (GCH), we are pleased to announce that your APCESS-2024 International Conference Abstract Decision Notification Has Been Sent! (With Key Dates Announcement)

APCESS is an official biannual scientific conference of ACESS since the establishment of the association in 2001. The previous nine conferences were held in the following countries and regions: Seoul, Korea; Manila and Angeles City, Philippines; Hiroshima, Japan; Kota Bharu, Malaysia; Shanghai, China; New Delhi, India and Bangkok, Thailand. The past conferences’ attendance ranged from 300-700 participants from 20-35 countries.

The 10th APCESS 2024-Kaifeng will be organized by School of Physical Education, Henan University ( https://tyxy.henu.edu.cn/ ), ACESS ( https://www.asiancess.com/ ) and The Foundation For Global Community Health (GCH) ( https://gchfoundation.org/index.html ) in the city of Kaifeng, China from 16-19 June 2024 with the theme “Active & Sustainable Community Living: Global Partnerships through Physical Activity, Exercise, and Health Science”. The Conference is exploring the co-operation of interdisciplinary approach for promotion of holistic health with linkage to UNSDG 17, especially in relationship to goal #3 Health and Well-Being, #4 Quality Education and #11 Sustainable Cities and Communities (Smart cities). The confirmed speakers, symposium presenters and Future Leaders (approx.50) will come from 28 countries/regions: Argentina, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, China, Costa Rica, Hong Kong-China, India, Israel, Korea, Malaysia, Morocco, New Zealand, Nigeria, Paraguay, Philippines, Paraguay, Russia, Republic of North Macedonia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Slovakia, South Africa, Spain, Thailand, Turkey, USA and Zimbabwe.

The Abstract Review Committee has completed the evaluation of all abstracts, and all acceptance notifications will be sent via email to the authors. Please check your email for the notifications! Please confirm the title of your submission. Then edit it according to the attached template and name it as “Paper ID +First author's name + work unit + Themes category” and submit it to apcess2024@henu.edu.cn，For compilation by the General Assembly. Requirements for the presentations

10^th APCESS 2024-Kaifeng (16-19 June 2024)

F  If your abstract has been accepted for Oral Presentation. Please：

Prepare a 10-minute PowerPoint presentation in English.

The presentation should cover the background, objectives, methods, results, discussion and conclusions of the study. Each section needs to be specific and detailed to ensure that the audience can thoroughly understand the study

Presenters are required to save the PowerPoint in a USB flash drive and copy it to the computer at the venue before the presentation.

There will be a 2-minute Q&A session after the presentation, so please come prepared

F  If your abstract has been accepted for Poster Presentation, please:

Create a horizontal poster presentation of your research in English (recommended poster size: 48’’x 36’, that is approximately 1.2m x 0.9m).

The poster presentation will be approximately 1 .5 hour long and authors will be required to stand next to the poster during the presentation and share your research results with al attendees.

The poster should contain the background, objectives, methods, results, discussion and conclusions of the study. Each section needs to be specific and detailed to ensure that the attendees can thoroughly understand the study.

Poster boards will be available at the conference venue. Please print out your poster in advance of the conference, bring it to the conference venue, and attach your poster to the designated area in your session

Route 1: Take a taxi directly from Xinzheng Airport（CGO）to Kaifeng Zhongzhou International Hotel, 121 Daliang Road, Kaifeng City.（Tell the driver that开封中州国际饭店，开封市大梁路121号，电话：0371-22218888）. A taxi cost about 300 RMB. 

Route 2: Take the urban rail from Xinzheng Airport to Kaifeng Songcheng Road Station. Then take a taxi out of the station to Kaifeng Zhongzhou International Hotel, 121 Daliang Road, Kaifeng City. （Tell the driver that开封中州国际饭店，开封市大梁路121号，电话：0371-22218888）. The total fee is 80 RMB per person.

Route 3: It’s all metered by taxi. From Xinzheng Airport to Zhengzhou East Railway Station, then from Zhengzhou East Railway Station to Kaifeng North Railway Station.

The specific route is as follows: from Xinzheng Airport, take the Metro suburban line to South Fourth Ring Station, then transfer to Line 2 to Zijingshan Station, and finally transfer to Line 1 to Zhengzhou East Station. It takes about an hour and 30 minutes and costs about 8 yuan. Take the high-speed train from Zhengzhou East Railway Station to Kaifeng North Railway Station.
